Veneer
We are capable of handling a wide range of processes on veneer like splicing, gluing, pressing, etc. We work both on European woods such as Oak, Cherry, Beech, Walnut, Maple, etc as well as Exotic woods such as Ebony, Rosewood, Zebrano, Mahogany, and Wenge.
Plating
We also have an in-house capability for plating panels. This technique enables the design to have a particular character that makes it unique. It can also be done in combination with veneering on various woods to have complete design flexibility.
Milling
Thanks to the 5 axis machining center, we are capable of producing highly precise three-dimensional forms with the help of Computerised Numerical Control (CNC). Our team takes care of all the technical processes related to it.
Edging
We use the latest technology to carry out high precision edging. We are capable of carrying out edging on ABS, PVC, Laminate, Wood, Phenolic Paper, solid MDF, and aluminum.
Curvature
Over thirty years of experience in the production of various types of curved wood sets no limit to our production opportunities. We carry out the bending process by hot-pressed gluing on sheets of wood.
Assembly
Our team finally ensures that all the parts are precisely assembled without compromising aesthetics and functionality. Our team is specialized in assembling the various types of product.
